Counseling Services provides sessions with individual counselors, group mentorship opportunities, and the facilitation of mentorship relationships. All requests should be directed to the staff in Counseling Services.
How To Make an Appointment
- Navigate to your client portal at this link: .
- Once on the portal, click on the 鈥淔orms鈥 link and scroll down to the 鈥淐ounseling Forms鈥 section.
- Click on the link for 鈥淐U Counseling Intake Form鈥.
- Complete and submit the form.
- The scheduling assistant will reach out to set up an appointment.
- Before the first appointment, you will need to read and sign the 鈥淒isclosure Statement鈥 which is also located in the 鈥淐ounseling Forms鈥 section.
- Once those forms are submitted, you can come in for a walk-in appointment during the walk-in times listed below.
